About Us

Charlotte Fernée Kelly, Esq.

Admitted to all federal districts in the state of Florida, Charlotte Fernée Kelly, Esq. is an aggressive litigator and legal counselor. She enjoys helping her clients find both legal and practical solutions for their short and long-term needs.

Practicing all aspects of labor and employment law, Ms. Kelly regularly represents parties in arbitration and litigation in both state and federal court throughout Florida. As an executive committee member since 2012 and Past President of the Florida Chapter of National Employment Lawyers Association, as well as membership and certification with the Society for Human Resource Management, Ms. Kelly’s clients benefit from her well-rounded perspective, informed sensitivities, and unique skill-set only developed by substantial experience representing both sides of the “v”. Indeed, Ms. Kelly has built her reputation on winning adversarial proceedings, but she also knows when a client’s best interests require a more tailored approach. She also assists with policy formation, contract drafting and negotiation, and legal advising on a wide range of issues, questions, and concerns specific to the workplace.

Over the years, Ms. Kelly has served on Florida Bar committees tasked with further developing her practice area. She is a member of The Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section, as well as their Young Lawyers Division, and has held memberships in the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers. In addition, and because mental health and her local community are a priority, Ms. Kelly also currently serves as Second Vice President on the all-volunteer working board for the Hillsborough County affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. NAMI Hillsborough provides free mental health services and resources to all who request such access, including those who require anonymity.
