About Us

Charlotte Fernée Kelly, Esq.

Charlotte built her practice around a simple principle: when the stakes are high, clients deserve clear counsel and a decisive path forward. She advises executives, business owners, and organizations on employment matters that carry real consequence: sensitive transitions, executive and severance agreements, high-value disputes, and the difficult decisions that shape careers and companies. Her focus is translating complex legal questions into concrete options her clients can act on with confidence.

Having advised clients on both sides of the employment relationship, Charlotte understands what drives these decisions and where they tend to go wrong: insight that makes her counsel strategic and grounded in how organizations actually operate. Whether the goal is to negotiate a resolution, structure an agreement, keep a problem from escalating, or litigate when the situation demands it, she approaches each matter with judgment, discretion, and a clear view of what her client wants to achieve.

She leads a modern employment law practice built for clients who value discretion, strategic judgment, and direct guidance over unnecessary complexity. Her approach is consistent: help clients make smart decisions early and strong decisions when necessary.

Julie is focused on keeping client matters moving. She manages the details that keep complex, high stakes work on track: organizing documentation, tracking deadlines, and coordinating the many moving parts of each engagement so nothing slips as a matter progresses. Understanding that these situations often carry significant professional and personal weight, she works to keep the process clear, organized, and well managed at every stage.

Julie earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, graduating summa cum laude, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology.
